Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred; or a combination of education and experience
Strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems
Strong customer service skills; previous call center work a plus
Overall Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Communications Center - Taking inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls as needed, monitoring and responding to email communications
HRIS – Assisting with data entry, maintaining database information, updating employee information and records.
Achieve a basic understanding of company policies
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Other Requirements:
Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and databases; 50 wpm
Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time management in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required
Positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service is critical
Working Conditions:
Core work hours: 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday – During temporary peak season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
