Inside Sales Project Manager
The Inside Sales Project Manager (Remote) will lead development and implementation of projects to expand inside sales capabilities and enhance customer engagement. The Inside Sales Project Manager will drive greater efficiency, reach, and conversion rate of leads generated by broad and targeted campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales enablement, sales, and marketing teams to define objectives, gather requirements, and execute projects. The successful candidate will have some familiarity with (or interest in learning!) the sales process and the customer journey. The Inside Sales Project Manager must have strong organizational and communication skills, enjoy working with diverse and passionate professionals, and a have a desire to make a difference on our team and for the educators who are our customers. This is an exciting role for an early to mid-career professional seeking to join a growing team!

Responsibilities
- Responsible for one or more smaller or intermediate sized projects
- Work with sales leadership to define project goals
- Document requirements and define workflows
- Define integration needs with other projects, systems and processes
- Collaborate with tool, process, and content owners
- Own end-to-end project management
- Assist in coordination of targeting marketing campaigns and promotions
- Build a trusted relationship with sales managers
- Assist sales managers on general customer follow up as needed
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and engagement
- Reports to Sales Enablement Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Experience with Salesforce
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Comfort managing and prioritizing competing deadlines, and tracking multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability working independently in a fast-paced environment, making sound judgments with limited oversight
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytic skills to translate data into insights
- Makes sense of complex information to effectively solve problems
- Proven time management, relationship management skills, active listening skills and openness to feedback
- Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Positive and proactive team player
- Experience (or interest) in sales management
Position Details
- Remote
