Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers to design, develop and deliver high-quality software products.
- Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards and adheres to development processes.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential and advance their careers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Hunger to create
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing software development teams.
- Extensive experience in software development processes, methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in consumer-level software product development is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $120k - $135k
