What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Events Analyst position at Pearson?
Work with the Events team to support recruitment events.
Working primarily from home, the Marketing Events Analyst coordinates and supports all activities related to recruitment events. This position is responsible for coordinating logistics for a variety of initiatives including collateral development and event planning. The Marketing Events Analyst will also maintain reference documents, use Cvent, and On24. As part of a goal-oriented team looking to make a difference, the ideal candidate is detail orientated, an energetic and organized self-starter who enjoys balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the coordination of recruitment events for several schools across the U.S.
- Implement and manage virtual event using Cvent, ON24 and other internal tracking programs
- Manage content and technology for virtual information sessions including maintaining web platform ON24, versioning and uploading presentations, editing HTML for email, coordinating audio recordings, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service with school leadership, prospective families, and staff
- Assist with annual creation of presentations and videos; work directly with each school program manager, principal and marketing liaison to version and update materials as needed
- Assist with conducting virtual information sessions, presenting the Connections Academy brand and programs to prospective parents
- Leverage marketing invoice database to ensure timely payment of marketing invoices and provide reports and projections.
- Maintain records of event activities and collect information from the field on their effectiveness
- Field and fulfill requests from school marketing liaisons for events
- Manage event web pages by uploading all recruitment events and maintaining accuracy of all pages
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
- Other duties as assigned
The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $55,000-$60,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Benefits available to eligible employees can be seen at: https://pearsonbenefitsus.com/
