Position Summary:
At PVS Connections Academy and Pearson Online Academy schools, parents called Learning Coaches, manage their student’s schedule, assist them as they work through their online coursework, encourage them to reach out to their teachers when they need help, and ensure their student stays on track. The Product Training Media Producer for the Product Training team is skilled in editing and video production. The Product Training Media Producer also maintains and updates website content. In addition, they will guide new families by hosting online onboarding sessions and other informational webinars to help Learning Coaches support the academic performance of their student(s). They will also maintain regular communication with school-specific representatives. The Product Training Media Producer will report to the Product Training Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Technologically proficient with video production software tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Frame.io, VTT files.
- Creative skill to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
- Experience using HTML, CSS, and Java for website maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technologically proficient with Microsoft® Office programs, Google tools, Pearson Online Classroom LMS, and web conferencing software.
- Highly organized.
- High degree of flexibility
- Must enjoy a challenging work environment that requires flexibility, self-direction, creativity, and strong communication skills.
