Salesforce Mobile Architect, App - Remote
Our team is looking for a senior expert to manage the implementation of Salesforce Mobile and Lightning experiences.
You have responsibility for an iOS-native mobile app based on the Salesforce Mobile SDK that is used as an offline product catalog for our field sales teams. You also will oversee development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) to ensure they meet not only the needs of desktop Salesforce users, but also those on mobile devices.
The strong, proactive leader we seek will stay up to date on the latest technologies for surfacing Salesforce CRM data and insights into both mobile and desktop experiences.
We are looking for someone who can lead and be part of a collaborative team to deliver value to the business, grow and support the team, and build long term strategy with our Sales and Service global teams. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for mobile experiences for Salesforce CRM.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to help inform the strategic roadmap and maintain documented success measurements in coordination with the business to bring greater satisfaction to our users.
- Collaborate across technology teams. This role must collaborate with the other platforms such as the global integration team, ERP team, and Master Data Management team. Collaboration must be fluid with other parts of Technology with Data, Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate monthly release communications for mobile updates with our demand management team. Define deliverables for the development and have the skill sets in the platforms to contribute development when needed and train new developers.
- Mentor and coach team members, and support inclusivity and diversity.
Required Skills
- Experience coding Swift in Xcode IDE
- Experience building and maintaining an iOS-native mobile app built on the Salesforce Mobile SDK
Preferred Skills
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), especially in the context of a mobile user experience.
- Experience with sophisticated enterprise-scale Flows in Salesforce Flow Builder
- Experience gathering and transforming business requirements and customer needs into achievable deliverables and capabilities.
- Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Manage offshore resources and other 3rd party providers.
- Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
- Ability to lead and work autonomously.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree (technical disciplines preferred).
