Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The full-time salary range is $140,000 - $170,000.

Position Overview

Customer Relationship Management Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with our partners, internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service through timely response to questions, concerns, and requests.
- Interpret and meet customer expectations and requirements to ensure complete satisfaction with what is delivered.
- Collaborate with our partners, internal teams, and customers to track and report on the status of development of project deliverables in relation to a pre-defined project schedule.
- Serve as a point-of-contact to our business partners and cross-functional teams for day-to-day management of the project plan.
- Create and maintain the project management plan, project schedules, and other documentation required to effectively manage deliverables to our customers.
- Collaborate with and lead the project team to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Manage vendors and 3 rd party contributors for solutions delivered to clients, ensuring accountability and transparency in expectations for roles, responsibilities and project constraints.
- Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements which promote cost reduction. Implement initiatives and monitoring the effectiveness of changes made.
- Manage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project. Identify and quantify any variances to the baselines of schedule, scope & cost. Perform any required corrective actions and communicate results to all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree is desirable but solid project management experience in a similar work environment is essential.
- Experience leading comprehensive, large-scale projects and programs that include multiple, integrated workstreams.
- Knowledge of educational online programs and/or implementation preferred.
- Experience creating and managing plans for large-scale projects.
- Ability to initiate a project effectively with little information under time constraints.
- PMP certification is preferred or can demonstrate an understanding and application of Project Management Institute (PMI) principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities, and work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Some travel required - 10-25%.
