As a Solution Architect, you'll be a part of our dynamic Professional Services team, crafting innovative solutions within the workforce/HR space.
A Day in the Life of a Solution Architect:
- Morning Coffee with Clients: Explore client needs, understand their tech stacks, and craft tailored solutions.
- Prototyping with Python / Workato: Build prototypes, leveraging our iPaas, bringing your ideas to reality in support of our sales team.
- Lunch with Sales: Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment of solutions to business strategies.
- Afternoon Innovation: Innovate solution architectures, integrating with customer's infrastructure.
- Presenting to Stakeholders: Communicate your solutions to diverse audiences.
- Evening Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align and integrate solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5 years in a solutions architect role
- Knowledge of workforce/HR space, HR tech stacks, data types
- Proficient with APIs, Python / Workato (our iPaas)
- Strong communication and creativity
- Understanding of large corporates, alignment of solutions beneficial
- Expected travel requirements 10% as needed
- Experience with SaaS solutions and data warehouses
- Diagramming data structures and HRIS connections
- Serving as a consultant on solution architecture, deployment, design
