PEB Financial Services is a small company working with Chicago-based clients helping them prepare for retirement. We manage investments in various financial institutions and regularly review these investments with our clients to adjust to market conditions. We provide guidance in areas such as mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, medical insurance, and long-term care insurance.

- Prepare data and sales materials for meetings with clients including, client statements, proposals, sales materials, brochures, investment materials and applications.
- Complete prospective business forms for client meetings.
- Maintain all forms necessary to conduct new business or rollovers with investment companies.
- Review, process and troubleshoot investment forms and paperwork for completeness, obtain any missing information from representative or client.
- Copy and forward paperwork to appropriate investment companies.
- Create, prepare and review correspondence to investment companies and clients regarding investment accounts. Creating mail merges for ongoing marketing activities of the representatives.
- Create reports for representatives including: client statements, required minimum distributions, customer service issues, etc.
- Review incoming mail, distribute and process any business that is received. Alert representatives of business received by mail and of any client calls received in their absence.
- Handle customer inquiries and aid in resolving customer problems either through the representative or directly with the client.
- Call investment companies to inquire on clients' accounts: loans, withdrawals, balances, reallocate funds, beneficiaries, etc.
- Record any checks received in the check log. Maintain signature guarantee log.
- Create client files for all new accounts.
- Serve as a back-up to the receptionist.
