As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our Support Center team and take charge of payroll and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws along with other members of the payroll team.
- Maintain employee records, including timecards, attendance, and leave accruals.
- Calculate and process wage adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
- Review payroll reports for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll and administration.
