Ability to Operate Bulk Chemical Mixing and Packing Machines safely and efficiently.
A Mixer Operator blends chemicals to produce finished product (caulking and sealant materials) and intermediate materials used in the production process. An Operator is required to setup and run a variety of mixing machines to produce product according to batch formula instructions. The Operator learns skills to make batches on any of 27 different mixing machines, and is classified at different operator levels depending upon the level of skill development.
A Packaging Machine Operator packages finished product (caulking and sealant materials) used in the production process. An Operator is required to setup and run a variety of packing machines more specifically Turello and Poly-Clip machines. The Operator learns skills to package on any of a variety of different machines, and is classified depending upon the level of skill development.
Uniforms provided.
Knowledge of maintenance on the machines is a definite plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Good math skills, attendance, safety conscious, quality and detail oriented.
