What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at Peddie School?
The Peddie Aquatic Center is a year-round indoor aquatic facility, that provides consistent annual work. We are looking for friendly, confident and outgoing lifeguards to serve on our staff.
A current Red Cross lifeguard certification is required. The pool is open seven days a week and shifts are available from 6 a.
m. - 9 p.m. Pay starts at $ 15.00 per hour, but is commensurate with experience and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Observe swimmers during open swim, swim lessons and competitive swim team practices.
- Minor cleaning to maintain the exceptional appearance of our facility.
An ideal candidate could be a high school or college student, an adult looking for daytime work or someone looking to expand their career aspirations in aquatics.
