About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of Human Resources Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills, detail-oriented with strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and resourceful
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with individuals across the company at all levels with professionalism and respect
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing work priorities
- Knowledge of Google Suites Apps is preferred
Responsibilities/What you’ll be doing every day
- Assists department in carrying out a variety of human resources programs and procedures
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinates various new hire processes such as I-9 compliance, creating new employee files, filing of licensures and certifications, OIG and background check administration and immunization tracking
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date policies and procedures on the drives
- Assist with managing the HR inbox
- Answers basic questions on HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Responsible for ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Conduct audits of HR files including active and terminated employees
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
- Coordinates meetings and activities within the HR Department
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics, compiling data for HR metrics, turnover reports and training metrics
- Compliance maintenance and record keeping (legal posters, notices etc.)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
