What You'll Be Doing:
The General Marketing Associate supports the day-to-day execution of marketing plans, with a focus on maintaining both digital and physical marketing initiatives, as well as second-touch efforts. You will be a key player in developing and implementing our marketing programs while also contributing to new initiatives aligned with PEER Chain’s strategy and goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the smooth operation of campaigns and the successful execution of special projects.
· "Who Am I" Leader: Interview new employees to learn about who they are, prepare business card templates, order cards, and ensure adherence to the approved template.
· Marketing Drive Management: Reorganize and maintain the marketing drive, the heart and soul of what we do.
· Prepare for Customer Visits: Update the digital welcome sign, join tours, and prepare swag or any other materials specific to each customer that fill out a visitor form.
· Peer-versary Events: Plan and execute celebrations for customer anniversaries (When they joined our family).
· Manage Direct Mail Marketing: Prepare and send letters, cards, and postcards to customers, partners, factories, etc.
· PEER Swag: Purchase samples, order materials, and obtain vendor quotes. Prepare welcome boxes for new employees based on existing Swag inventory.
· Prepare Reports: Assist the VP of Sales by preparing reports.
· Internal Communications: Write content for the internal Facebook group. We have a long tradition of writing monthly newsletters and we even print a few (company accomplishments, new customers, etc.).
· Marketing Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for our external marketing agency’s needs.
· Convention Planning Team: Assist in organizing events and tradeshows, including advertising, trade logistics, vendor management, and promotional materials.
· Event Inventory: Track and manage event materials (ordering, production, delivery). Work with vendors to produce needed marketing materials.

Requirements:What sets you apart:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
· Proficient in MS Office and W365 (Teams)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Analytical skill sets
· Enthusiasm for Peer’s second-touch efforts – Your body language will be a huge asset!
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Strong understanding and usage of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
· Experience with 3rd party digital tools is a plus
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
