Job Skills / Requirements
General Responsibilities:
The Sales Associate reports directly to the Director of Sales and/or the Vice President of Life Sciences & Sales. This role is an inside sales position. The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing prospects and/or customer relationships. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers, work closely with other members of the sales team, and meet sales targets.
Specific Duties / Essential Functions:
- Prospecting for new business opportunities via phone and email
- Conducting sales qualification presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Managing and tracking sales leads and opportunities using our CRM system
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
