ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and experienced people leader to join our International team to run our Final Mile business in AU . The AU Performance Manager will be responsible for helping build Peloton operations and educating the operations teams on best practices. They will also be responsible for continuing to scale our last mile and service logistics network in AU and work closely with the Senior Management team for AU. They will be engaging with internal partners and 3PL to provide a high-quality experience to our members on all key logistics touchpoints. A successful candidate must have experience in managing high touch operations in a consumer-facing business. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment. A great communicator, with a proven track record at driving performance, whilst nurturing a fun and engaging environment.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Serve as a Peloton Product expert who will be responsible for reviewing and rolling out all training materials and tools to make the operation efficient and a world-class in-home experience
- Manage the P&L and budget for our 3PL deliveries
- Executing the strategic plan for Operations in Australia, and re-designing and iterating on that plan as changes arise
- Support Operations and logistics market leads to provide relevant capacity forecasts to our internal and external partners
- Develop performance scorecards/SLAs and drive the performance management process
- Manage and oversee Peloton’s 3PL partners
- Analyse key performance metrics to identify root cause performance issues and inspire change
- Inform delivery and service network development strategy, in partnership with Peloton business partners
- Organise and prepare WBR , MBR & QBR’s with our internal and external teams.
- Manage people remotely across multiple cities across the AU
- Work cross functionally with other teams
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5 years of experience in operations
- Demonstrated the ability to create a unique and exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data for reporting against KPI’s as well as to drive insights and make data driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience in work cross-functionally and cross boarders
- Have managed budgets & P&L
