What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineer position at Pendulum LLC?
- collect, analyze, and synthesize reporting data associated with commercial cloud consumption and provide to the Organization.
- coordinate with mission partners and CSPs on any commercial cloud that impacts outages.
- coordinate with mission partners and CSPs to prioritize the rollout of new services.
- coordinate with mission partners on integration challenges associated with the rollout of new services.
- deliver integrated technical solutions across commercial cloud capability.
- provide technical support services to aid in the deployment of commercial cloud services across commercial and regulated security fabrics.
- provide end-to-end technical support of cloud service offerings.
- manage the reporting and resolution of technical and non-technical service requests.
- provision and configure support within the Organization’s secure cloud environment.
- monitor and coordinate work through resolution with mission partners on security events triggered by the Organization’s internal cloud tracking tool.
- support development and engineering of new cloud-enabled services.
