Position: Dispatcher
The dispatcher is a high functioning multitasker who works alongside service managers and technicians who are working in the field. A dispatcher is able to identify and problem solve quickly and communicate with Customer Service Representatives on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians according to schedule, requests, and immediate needs
- Coordinating with department managers regarding service requests and problem resolution
- Maintain high standard customer service when the need to speak with a customer directly arises
- Basic knowledge related to equipment and call types to identify urgency of calls to be dispatched
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 experience Dispatch at a company of minimum 15 employees
- Must be able to thrive in past paced, high incoming call volume from technicians and CSR’s
- Self-starter who is motivated and able to communicate with all departments
- Highly organized regarding entire work flow of calls, expenses, and inventory on a daily basis
