Our Care Partners provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan. If you are kind, compassionate, and genuinely desire to make meaningful connections with our residents, a Cogir community may be the place for you.
Currently Hiring for: Full and Part-time - 8-hr shifts - 2nd and NOC shifts available. Weekend availability preferred!

What will you do as a Care Partner?
- Assist in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety.
- Prioritize independence and emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
- Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by a state agency or the willingness/ability to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
