Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience with inside sales, appointment setting or direct sales over the phone
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Experience managing clients in a CRM system
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Work well independently
- Grasp new concepts quickly
- Outgoing, energetic, honest, responsible, motivated and enjoy a challenge
- Previous experience setting appointments over the phone with prospects
- Great phone skills
- Ability to engage people in conversations and get past gatekeepers
- $15-$20 per hour depending on skill and experience
