- Responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages sales.
- Ensure consistent quality of products
- Responsible for setting up bars.
- Responsible for handling all cash transactions.
- Responsible for all opening and closing inventories of all stock.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest and team members.
- Become knowledgeable of Resorts Casino & Hotel policies and procedures with regards to alcoholic beverages
- Development of strong beverage image in the market place.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work with employees and the public.
- Ability to write read and understand basic instructions.
Knowledge of C02 gauges.
- Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to overall beverage operations.
- Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities
