- Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.
- Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
- Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures within Food & Beverage department at Hollywood Casino.
- Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
- Accurate and efficient use of POS system.
- Knowledge of all daily specials and menu items and their preparation.
- Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management.

- Must be 18 years of age.
- We will provide any necessary training for this position.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
- Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.
- Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
