AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT (PCA) you will be an essential member of the Patient Care Team providing direct and non-direct patient care. Supervision and direction is provided by the Registered Nurse, and the PCA collaborates with the Registered Nurse to improve performance of clinical activities.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate of Equivalent
- Ability to read and write the English Language
- Successful completion of CNA or PCA training program, or greater than one year experience of direct patient care
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Basic Life Support certification, or successful completion upon hire
