Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and maintain accurate account information, including billing and shipping addresses, credit card details, and contact information.
· Retrieve orders from diverse Ecommerce portals and process orders from our Penn-Plax E Order site.
· Collaborate with representatives to gather additional information as needed.
· Responsively address representative requests via phone and email.
· Manage various data entry tasks, including printing, mailing, and emailing invoices.
· Enter tracking information into multiple portals to ensure seamless order tracking.
· Work closely with the Memphis Warehouse team to coordinate order logistics.
· Facilitate promotions and maintain customized price files with precision.
· Stay informed about ongoing promotions and apply appropriate codes and discounts.
· Provide valuable support to our Ecommerce department, contributing to tasks like inventory feeds and product listing enhancements.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of data entry experience preferred.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive exception-based resolutions.
· Familiarity with pick/pack/ship operations is advantageous.
· Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Outstanding computer acumen with familiarity in business applications.
· Customer-focused, results-driven, and action-oriented mindset.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
· Strong time management skills.
