SUMMARY OF POSITION :
This position is involved in the direct coordination and support of Family and Community Medicine medical student educational initiatives, which may include the Family Medicine Acting Internship 4 th year elective, Global Health Scholars Program (a 4-year longitudinal elective), Acting Internship, Primary Care Sports Medicine rotations, Family Medicine 3 3 Accelerated Pathway (FM-APPs), Medical Home Clerkship, and Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (LIC), Family and Community Medicine Clerkship (mandatory 1 st year), Family Medicine Interest Group, Primary Care Day and Primary Care Scholars Week, Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, and multiple FCM elective courses. Coordinate and complete special Department educational projects and reports, including maintaining databases, preparing presentations, website updates and maintenance, and providing high-level administrative support to FCM educational leaders and the FCM administrative office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in a job related field plus 2 years job related experience OR 4 years job related experience
Experience in administrative support, medical office, allied health or computer related field required
