SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Responsible to research industry trends, evaluating market-driven solutions, and potential vendors, identifying opportunities for cost-effective and competitive total rewards strategies, and ensure alignment with the business strategy. This role will lead the strategy behind the rewards and recognition program, including vendor management. Partnering with HR Communications, establish a communication cadence that drives the awareness and understanding of all total reward programs. Provides proactive project management support for key total rewards projects through their various lifecycle stages to ensure successful completion and impact.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelors Degree
Three (3) years of related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Effective presentation preparation and delivery experience
Project management experience
