Job Posting for Continuous Process Improvement Director at Penn Technical Staffing
A growing manufacturer located in Hanover, PA is seeking a CPI Director to join their team. This person will act as a change agent, champion's continuous improvement efforts in a manner that achieves buy-in from employees and facilitates effective and lasting change to improve plant safety, quality, delivery service and cost. Works directly with the Leadership Team to develop, manage and lead CPI efforts. Management may assign additional duties.
Responsibilities include: Will lead cross-function teams in the implementation of continuous process improvement activities; Will train and coach staff on best practices related to developing and maintaining sustainment metrics; Will assure that all sustainment metrics are utilized and that our sustainment communication boards are up to date and relevant to the processes; Will analyze production processes and utilize problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and develop appropriate solutions. Job requirements: Experience in leading Kaizen Teams; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and principles; Knowledge of engineering and KPO capacity within a manufacturing environment. #IND
