If you are, we have an amazing opportunity for you. We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to lead our front desk and assist throughout the office. This role will be the first smiling face our visitors see as well as the backbone of the office. They will be aware of what is happening in the office and will communicate this to the appropriate individuals. This role will oversee all of the supplies for the office ensuring material is ordered and in stock. They will also schedule all of our "Boot Camps" along with overseeing expense management. About the Company
Pennant Service Center currently serves senior and assisted living facilities across the nation. These operations have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy. Instead, they operate independently with support from the “Service Center,” a world-class service team that provides the facilities with centralized legal, HR, accounting, IT, and other resources. What are some things you will be doing?
- Interprets, applies and enforces facility policies and procedures.
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the office, fax numbers, company websites and other related information.
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Federal Express, UPS, etc.)
- Order, receive, stock and distribute weekly office supplies.
- Oversee the expense management
- Organize and execute company events
- May assist in other clerical duties as assigned by the leader.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent. Associate Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 2 years experience in similar role required
