Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies for a growing marketing teamIn addition to helping establish and shape the overall marketing function for a well-established, global company, you will support brand growth, business development, communication and recruitment efforts, while directing and executing the company’s digital marketing initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels. You’ll need to have strong grasp of key business metrics as well as a keen focus on success measures across all marketing channels. This hands-on position is critical in establishing the new enterprise-level marketing function, which covers multiple subsidiary brands. Key initiatives will include leveling up our digital presence (via paid and organic channels), social media, and relaunching and managing our websites to function as a hub for marketing activities.  

 

Responsibilities of the Role: 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with marketing and business goals 

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g. social media, email, search engines, display advertising) 

  • Help to identifyimplement and effectively manage MarTech stack (includes marketing automation platform, communication tools and Google Campaign ManagerGoogle Tag Manager, etc…) 

  • Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements 

  • Lead the redesign, launch, management and optimization of the company website(s) for improved brand alignment, demand functionality and overall user experience 

  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive website traffic and increase brand visibility  

  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets and resources effectively 

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI 

  • Create and manage content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and podcasts 

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners such as agencies, vendors, and influencers 

  • Manage online reputation, including monitoring, reporting sentiment to internal stakeholders, and leading community responses 

  • Ensures execution of ideas in alignment with brand and to a high level of creative excellence 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives 

  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and expansion 

  • Maintain a strong brand voice and identity across all marketing channels 

 

 

Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field from accredited college or university required. 

  • Experience 

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience across all digital channels is required. 

  • Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices across technologies  

  • Ability to perform analytic work, including gathering requirements accurately, utilizing technical knowledge to design solutions, and maintaining logical documentation for work completed 

  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and B2B utilization of these platforms 

  • Ability to work with others and be part of the team 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 

  • Good business sense and judgment 

  • Self-starter, with a strong drive and sense of intellectual curiosity 

  • Ability to thrive as a motivated self-starter in a fast-paced, growing environment 

  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information clearly and concisely 

  • Flexible and driven to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately 

  • Attentive to details and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments 

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, influence others, and effect change 

  • Possess the highest level of integrity; serving as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams 

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorships are not available
