Overview
Responsible for providing administrative and project support for the Human Resources department. Assist the Manager of Talent Acquisition with project-based assignments, sourcing, including reporting, scheduling, and recruiting. Coordinates schedules, arranges meetings, prepares and reviews correspondence, manages flow of information, and assists in meeting departmental goals.

- Coordinates administrative function for the Human Resources team.
- Research external recruiting functions that will be helpful for the team
- Administers internal recruitment tracking through online system.
- Collaborates with HR on the on-boarding process and special projects
- Assists with planning and coordinating company events, and sign-on bonuses.
- Liaisons with other departments and external organizations
- Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential information
- Prepares travel arrangements for recruiting, off-site work activity, meetings, conferences, etc.
- Completes administrative duties including copying, faxing, scanning, filing, and distributing information as directed
Performance Metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to perform in a busy, multi-tasking work environment
Qualifications

Reports to: Manager of Talent Acquisition
Required Education and Experience:
- Full-time enrollment in a bachelors degree program at an accredited college or university
- Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related major required
- Requires the ability to travel (to properties, training, errands, etc.)
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
- Junior or Senior standing only
- Prior internship experience preferred
