Overview
The Talent Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Pennrose with all aspects of Talent Development. The Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of training initiatives as well as reporting of training needs and results.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee training records, training assignments/curricula and courses in the LMS and generates training exceptions reports. Assist site personnel with system technical issues. Update LMS with appropriate content, links, videos, etc. Maintain accuracy of the employee demographic and course curricula data.
Act as the first point of contact for all new hires and provide follow up and guidance to all new hires to ensure training is on track and that they are meeting all expectations set forth for a new hire within the company. Provide consistent new hire updates to department and operation leaders based on feedback from Managers.
Manage the Stay Interview process. Collecting employee feedback that will assist in analyzing employee engagement.
Facilitates various training programs as necessary. Assists in the delivery of the new hire orientation on a consistent basis. Coordinate off-site training activities for employees.
Map out and assign development plans and learning paths. Update and keep current company Training Calendar. Design and prepare educational aids, materials, and quick reference guides.
Assist with the Talent Development department’s finances. Organize and process check requests, reimbursements, credit card and travel-related expenses to adhere to predetermined operational budgets.
Collaborates with Human Resources on the overall-boarding process and experience.
Audit training content/materials to ensure materials are up to date with site and compliance requirements and to keep training content relevant and to help drive employee engagement.
Manage course material, create reporting & metrics through company e-learning platform to track and assign all training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or a related field preferred.
2 years of training experience, preferably within a multi-family housing environment or hospitality industry.
Excellent presentation skills.
Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written.
Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel (between properties for trainings, etc.)
