JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Sales Contact Center Supervisor, the responsibilities include performing key functions within the sales organization includingconducting outbound calls to borrowers as well as proper routing of inbound customer calls to appropriate groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Perform high-volume of outbound calls to specific sales campaigns Emphasize benefits of PennyMac competitive advantages to highlight how they are beneficial to customer’s needs and provide appropriaterebuttal options as applicable Answer inbound calls from potential borrowers in a timely manner and route calls appropriately Ensure data integrity and documentation within required systems Adhere to assigned schedule, meal and rest breaks Perform other related duties as required and assigned Act in accordance Department Performance Expectations and demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desiredculture and values

QUALIFICATIONS

 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environments Strong organizational skills Familiar with using Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office a plus Demonstrated excellence in working effectively as an individual and as a part of team Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical and sound judgment skills Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
