POSITION SUMMARY:
The Social Media Community Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and engaging with online social communities around the IMS and INDYCAR brands to foster a community of loyal fan/customers and enhance the fan/customer experience in the social space. They will be tasked with drive meaningful interactions with our fans, customers, followers and beyond to grow the Penske Entertainment social community and presence. The Social Media Community Coordinator will work closely with creative, editorial, and video teams to inform content development based on social listening and analysis. They will have a deep knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of how users digest and engage social content to maximize our impact in the social space. They will be passionate about social media and content and the role it plays in the fan/customer journey.
