We have an opportunity for National Service Operations Leader to join our Leadership team in our Plainfield Illinois office. As one of the top members of the organization, the ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the industry, business, and finance as well as employee relations while striving to meet the organization’s strategic goals. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple teams and projects will be the keys to your success as our National Service Operations Leader You will: Guide, direct, and evaluate the work of the field service teams and branches Lead a team of division managers, branch managers and service managers, ensuring resources are available for their success and personal development. Create a strategy for the service organization that profitably delivers key services including but not limited to field service, maintenance, training, and site surveys and audits. Work with the leadership team to develop, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization’s operations divisions. Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and efficient use of resources and materials. Ensure the company is staffed and trained properly to meet our customer expectations and deliver on the strategic goals of the organization. Oversight of all operational assets and physical inventory. Present periodic performance reports and metrics to leadership. Identify and develop leaders within the organization. Monitor the competitive landscape and attend industry events to ensure the organization remains an industry leader. Assist and resolve customer or branch-level issues. Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and all applicable state and local regulations. Create an environment for successful continuous improvement processes in all areas of customer service. Lead and energize cross functional collaboration required for effective and efficient installed base service management Develops relationships with partners and suppliers in the service industry, including negotiating service agreements when necessary Play an active role in key customer visits and meetings, presenting material and participating when required.
