JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Maintaining dining room order of service according to the restaurant's quality and service standards
Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to hourly staff.
Conducts walk through of restaurant and storage areas to ensure all areas are clean and organized
Covering extra shifts as required, in the case of staff shortage, to ensure service standards are maintained
Ensures all policies and procedures as they relate to quality standards, uniform policy, cash handling, operating procedure and quality presentation.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Team player
Strong leadership skills
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
Minimum of one (1) year in similar role required
Food safety certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
