Early Head Start Teacher
People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Early Head Start Teacher for the Child and Family Development program. The position is located at the Bristol Child Development Center. Position is responsible for implementing a formal curriculum and planning for the individual developmental needs of children zero-three years of age. Qualifications include a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or comparable credential and training or equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development required. An associate degree is preferred. A minimum of one year’s experience in a classroom setting required. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a good driving record. Open until filled.
