We are seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to join our Integrated Foundational health Services team
Hours: Monday - Friday Day Shift
location: Ames Impact Center 3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Suite 600, Eagan, MN 551210
Hiring Range: $82,344 - $89,669

Required Qualifications:
Certifications/Licenses:
Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
Education and Experience:
- Preference given to candidates who have prior experience working in behavioral health.
- As required by program licensure, is a Registered Nurse who meets the requirements of a Mental Health Practitioner.
- 2 - 4 years of prior supervisory experience.
- Preference given to candidates with prior supervision experience having come from a community health and/or behavioral health workplace
- 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI; OR
- 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI, requiring additional supervision

Has completed 30 semester credits or 45 quarter credits in behavioral science or a related field and:
- Has proof of a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields; OR
- Has 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI
Main Job Duties:
- Support organization’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as informing program and organizational policies, procedures and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate accordingly.
- Oversee and direct the use of efficient nursing practices that support the seamless integration of health and well-being into the overall continuum of care.
- Sets, directs, coordinates and evaluates the operations, personnel and fiscal activities to ensure the provision of quality of care and financially responsible services occurs at all times.
- Supports, directs, and reviews the integration of health and well-being services through a comprehensive approach to service delivery.

In partnership with other program leaders, inform and review program procedures and service standards, establish proper authority relationships among members of the work group and create a
congenial work environment. - Set, monitor, deliver, and review identified performance standards for direct reports and their respective service areas.
- Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered.
- Attract, hire, orient and retain high-quality staff.
- Provide training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices, while supporting professional goals and growth within the organization for each direct report.
- Oversee meetings and program scheduling, ensuring that proper coverage occurs. May co-facilitate meetings with others as needed.
