What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at People Powered?
Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing home facility in Tamaqua, PA
You will work alongside other medical professionals to provide food service functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food services policies and procedures.
Shifts Available:
- FT / PT
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and record food and equipment temperatures
- Clean departmental equipment using proper sanitation measures
- Clean food storage and preperation areas
- Assist cooks in preparing meals and trays for resident dining
- Retrieve and return tray carts to the nursing units
- Using a dishwasher, process all dishware to ensure proper sanitation
- Prepare dining room for resident dining experience
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
- Must be over 16 to apply
