People Source Staffing We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide expertise with (HVAC) systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC services to our clients.
As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, efficiency, and functionality of HVAC systems in various commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Must have 5 Years as Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Must be able to Troubleshoot DX Systems
- Able to Install RTU and Split Systems
- Must have 5 experience with Braze / Solder Line Sets in wall chases and other tough locations.
- Must have EPA Universal Certificate and fluent with refrigerant gauges.
- Must know how to work with DX and Gas Equipment startups with complete Temp, Pressure and Electrical reading documentation
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited HVAC apprenticeship program or vocational training is preferred.
- 5 Years Verified experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician, demonstrating proficiency in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, including refrigeration cycles, air distribution, and thermal control.
- Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment and systems, including split systems, packaged units, heat pumps, and more.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and rectify HVAC system issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors.
- EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
