NOTE - Pay rate for this job is $19 - $26 / Hour
Responsibilities :
- Duties include working with power tools, taking accurate measurements, transporting supplies, and cleaning up the job site.
- Required tools are : Tape measure, 4' laser level, 18 Volt drill / driver and bits, carpenter's square and other hand tools
- Work with metal and wood framing, use hand or electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework, read and understand blueprints and drawings.
- Be confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work.
- Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50 lbs, use of power drills and tools, self motivator, work part of a team, minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
- Position may require a drug screen
