What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Support Coordinator - Part Time position at PeopleReady?
Location: Virtual
The Field Support Coordinator triage user requests for assistance, escalating technology issues to the appropriate support team, locating documented process and user-facing resources, and reinforces standards of operational excellence. The Field Support Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Product Support.
What you’ll do:
- Provide ongoing multi-channel support to first level users, respond to requests for process and technical assistance, triage system issues
- Connecting field users with existing training on products and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service, according to expected service level agreements
- Identify and correct errors made by system users; support data quality and process consistency by communicating errors to users and leaders in a friendly, helpful manner
- Report improper system usage to management
- Serve as subject matter expert for technology tools that support field processes; Product Support Coordinator must maintain awareness of roadmap of enhancements and new features or functionality previously deployed or scheduled for deployment to production
- Assist with coordination and participate in User Acceptance Testing for new technology tools and system enhancements
- Support the success of all team members by motivating each toward common goals and shared accountability for all team deliverables
- Effectively manages individual goals and performance
What you bring to the table:
- Understanding of CRM systems and/or IT administration, preference to Salesforce
- Preference for an Associate's degree in a related area and 1-2 years of experience in end-user support
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, while following documented processes and instructions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, determine alternatives and make sound decisions
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide ongoing multi-channel support for Jobstack users in the field, Customers and Associates respond to requests for process and technical assistance, triage system issues
- Ability to toggle back and forth between multiple systems.
- Tracking of daily task
- Answer calls
- Respond to emails
- Provide exceptional customer service according to expected service level agreements
- Serve as subject matter expert for technology tools that support field processes as related to Jobstack Product Support Coordinator must maintain awareness of roadmap of enhancements and new features or functionality previously deployed or scheduled for deployment to production
- Assist with coordination and participate in User Acceptance Testing for new technology tools and system enhancements
- Support the success of all team members by motivating each toward common goals and shared accountability for all team deliverables
- Effectively manages individual goals and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to toggle back and forth between multiple systems.
- 1-2 years of experience in end-user support
- Must work Saturdays
- Effective time management and ability to work in a fast-paced Customer service environment
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, while following documented processes and instructions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, determine alternatives and make sound decisions
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with excel
