Pay Rate :
The pay rate for this job is $15 - $17 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Press Operator :
- Read all instructions on the job order prior to running the job
- Monitor the products quality
- Inspect die's and tooling for damage or excessive wear
- Perform preventative maintenance on the machine such as replacing parts, enter settings, making adjustments, and lubricating / cleaning machine
- Read SDS sheets and follow proper handling / disposal of chemicals
- Running sheets in register and clean cuts to the approved proofs
- Prepare work area prior to starting the production
- Assembling / inspecting cartons to ensure quality appearance
- Inspects sheets for proper cutting and scoring
- Stack the products safely by using a hand lift truck
- Complete all paperwork on finished products.

Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements :
- Must have knowledge / experience in die cutting operations
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed
- Must be detailed oriented and organized
- Maintain the work area so that it is neat and orderly
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good mechanical understanding of presses is useful
