Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Pay rate: Up to $19 per hour
Location: Exton, PA

Job Duties Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and interpret specifications and engineering instructions.
• Plan pump assembly procedures according to specifications and SOPs.
• Install moving parts such as shafts, levers, or bearings and test for free movement.
• Fabricate metal structures, baseplates, and coupling guards using cutting, welding, and grinding techniques.
• Drill, tap, or ream holes; align components, and secure them together with bolts, screws, or rivets.
• Align gears, drive couplings, and sub-assemblies to close tolerances.
• Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize a variety of machine and hand tools competently.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Test and ensure the operational quality of finished products.
• Provide in-house servicing of company products.
• Prepare and maintain equipment for exhibitions and customer visits.
• Assure the quality of parts and products.
• Adhere to corporate policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in large component assembly
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physical capabilities to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel
• PC Savvy
