Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone to ensure patient satisfaction
- Collect patient information into computer software
- Respond to pateint questions knowledgably and efficiently, referring to the correct department as appropriate
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Must have 2 years' experience in a high-volume call center
- Must have scripted call center experience
- Must have a positive attitude and phone skills
