Responsibilities: PeopleTec is currently seeking a Principal Investigator, Lethality Programs to support our Huntsville, AL location.

The successful candidate will perform as a researcher / investigator in the field of missile defense system effectiveness. Activities will include historical data analysis, review and complilation, mechanical design analysis, reactive material analysis, and instrumentation analysis. Excellent oral and written communications with customers and team members is required.
Qualifications:

Required Skills/Experience*:
- The successful candidate must have extensive experience with and knowledge of missile defense test and evaluation. A detailed knowledge of ground test factilites, procedures, and instrumentation is required. Successful candidates must demonstarte a working knowledge of the response process of energegic materials from knetic energy impact coupled with the capabilites and limitatiosn of test and computational assessments.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements*:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Preferred) from an accredited institution is required

Desired Skills*:
- Knowledge of historical missile defense effectiveness testing, including testing performed with US International partners, is highly desired.
