Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the broader Marketing team reporting to VP of Marketing & Communications. The role will support integrated planning, budgeting and execution of marketing plans to drive revenue and improve market share and build brand engagement and loyalty. This role will also support the team’s creative and social media managers in developing engaging and on-brand content. This position is the key stakeholder of day-to-day contact with both internal and external resources to ensure timely and successful execution of department projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop content for internal and external audiences as assigned, with a focus on existing and emerging social media platforms
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns with a special focus on new store marketing and alternate channel marketing
- Provide support as needed for a variety of internal and external special events.
- Train cross-functionally within the marketing department to gather experience and fill gaps in multiple channels (Traditional, Digital, Email, etc.)
- Monitor and process invoices related to the Marketing budget and other administrative duties as assigned including expense and invoice management, budget reporting, team meeting agenda development, and overarching department support
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Graphic design and/or technical skills
- Team player with the ability to connect with cross functional teams and different
- High level of organization, professionalism, and attention to
- Comfortable operating in a high-performing, fast-paced
- Ability to work special hours and be on call outside of business hours
- Occasional travel to the field and events may be required throughout the year (less than 20%).
