Job Description:
As the Pepsi MidAmerica Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and administrative functions. You will oversee the day-to-day activities, help with inventory, and support various departments within Pepsi MidAmerica. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
- Oversee office budgets and expenses, tracking and reporting variances as necessary.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery of services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Preferred - Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in office software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
