What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Level 3 - Tolleson, AZ (Night Shift) position at PepsiCo Beverages North America?
Hourly Rate: $20.75 ($23.76 after 90 days probation)
The team member must demonstrate the willingness and ability to: * Minimum of two years experience as a lift-truck operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred. * Previous Level 2 lift-truck experience preferred. * Must be able to read, write, and speak English. * Experience with radio-frequency warehouse management systems is preferred. * Operational knowledge in a WMS/Tasking environment. * Must be able to work in a team-based environment. * Strong communication skills to effectively communicate in English with internal and external customers/resources. * Customer focused and ability to work with and communicate with internal and external customers. * Attention to detail is critical. * Able to demonstrate good math aptitude.* Must be able to lift 60 lbs. * Must be able to work overtime (including weekends). * Must be able to support functions at the Plant Operations.
Requirements:
Understand and adhere to all plant policies, safety rules, and guidelines Report to work on time and on every schedule work day daily use of WMS and operate forklift to move product inbound & outbound. Requires lifting up to 55 lbs. must cut plactic off of product using a sharp object, must reach overhead repeatedly to cut the plastic, other duties as required. Forlift certification is required.
High School Diploma or GED
