Responsibilities
- Own full life-cycle recruitment; assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience
- Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, portfolio reviews, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc
- Source and recruit active and passive candidates across all digital disciplines
- Understand the digital space and PepsiCo’s employer value proposition to proactively source and attract talent
- Leverage data and insights, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
- Onboard new hires and provide weekly updates to leadership on 30/60/90-day progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance
- Deliver training as needed in partnership with HR and EHS; period safety trainings, annual code of conduct etc
- Assist with implementation of cross-training strategy to frontline team
- Provide cross-functional support to locations by collaborating with and driving each department’s initiatives
- Support market and location leadership through various change initiatives
- Answer questions and provide front-line support to various cross-functional teams and employees
- Supporting the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various programs
- Independently organize and produce computer-based presentations
- Administer specific applications/time bound processes with a high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
- Maintain and update distribution and contact lists; organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
- Basic administrative support (email, phones, copies, office supplies, etc.); proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
- Support Community projects
- Support Market Director and HR Manager as needed
- Other duties as assigned to support the team in the administrative function

- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience with full-cycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros
- Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations, and implement solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of HR administrative experience preferred
- Demonstrate Talent Advisor behaviors/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
- Previous agency or search firm experience and/or prior HR experience where recruiting was a critical component of the work
- Must demonstrate executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions
- Experience with social and digital media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Successful pipeline management using an ATS and CRM, Kenexa and Avature
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volume
