Warehouse Admin Job Duties/Functions – L2
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the SPA – Receiving Mailbox by properly processing all inbound messages when Transportation Analyst is out.
- Creates daily unload plan, with input on priorities from Team Supervisor, and executes plan by efficiently directing Material Handlers. Communicate needs to off shifts.
- Assist with the processing of drivers at the shipping window each shift.
- Audits daily paperwork for Receiving regulatory/policy compliance and provides coaching to close gaps.
- Backfill WCD & Supervisor as needed.
- Manage daily receiving operations, including creating a daily unload plan, directing Material Handlers, and processing inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with Receiving policies and regulations through auditing daily paperwork and resolving SAP issues.
- Provide assistance with carrier claims, special shipments processing, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments and unload operations through filing and scanning completed paperwork.
- Support department operations through tasks such as ordering supplies, tracking supply needs, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Provide coverage for the Transportation Analyst as needed.
- Take ownership of various administrative tasks, including Fitzgerald Invoicing and department event planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected Compensation range for this position is between $35,000 - $47,000.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- 2 years of Supply Chain experience preferred.
- High School diploma.
- Must demonstrate solid knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer skills.
- Must be able to analyze date.
- Must have a strong understanding of plant level operations and process flows.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, including problem analysis and resolution.
- Must possess strong organizational & communication skills.
- SAP experience preferred.
- WMS experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
